Refund Policy
Sovatio · Last updated: October 4, 2026
We want customers to understand what they are purchasing and to have a fair way to resolve billing problems.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a Sovatio subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using the service through the end of that period unless otherwise stated.
Payments already made for a subscription period are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is approved under this policy.
Presentation Passes and other one-time purchases
One-time purchases, including Presentation Passes or other usage-based products, are generally non-refundable once the associated service or Intelligence Capacity has been materially used.
When a refund may be available
We may provide a full or partial refund when appropriate, including in situations such as:
- duplicate or accidental charges;
- a material technical problem that prevented you from receiving the service you purchased;
- an incorrect charge;
- another circumstance where we determine that a refund is fair and appropriate; or
- where applicable consumer law requires a refund.
Please contact us promptly after discovering a billing problem. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and investigate the request.
Digital services and usage
Sovatio provides digital services that may begin immediately after purchase and may incur computing and artificial-intelligence processing costs when used. Where permitted by law, substantial use of the service or consumption of purchased capacity may affect refund eligibility.
This does not limit any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@sovatio.com and include the email address associated with your Sovatio account and enough information for us to identify the transaction.
If your purchase was processed by an authorized payment or commerce provider, the refund may be processed by that provider using the original payment method.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Canceling prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund an earlier payment.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
