This policy describes how Sovatio handles account data, presentation content, and related service data during Private Alpha. It does not claim protections that are not implemented.
Who we are
Sovatio (“Sovatio”, “we”) provides Presentation Intelligence software at sovatio.com.
This Privacy Policy explains, at a high level, how we handle account data, presentation content, uploaded materials, generated presentations, and related service data during Private Alpha.
Account data
When you are invited and sign in, we process identity and authentication data through our authentication provider (currently Clerk), including name, email, and organization membership needed to operate the service.
Authentication is not a paid plan. Membership is not entitlement.
Presentation prompts, sources, and generated work
We process the briefs, prompts, uploaded sources/materials, Story and presentation artifacts, and export files you create so we can provide the product.
Uploaded sources and accepted artifacts are stored with tenant-bound authorization. Access requires proper user/organization authority.
Service providers
We use subprocessors to operate Sovatio, including authentication, hosting, databases, object storage, billing (when enabled), and third-party AI providers that process presentation work.
Billing providers process payment details when live billing is enabled. Live billing remains off until separately authorized.
Retention and deletion
During Private Alpha, account and presentation deletion are handled as supported product controls and high-touch requests — not as an immediate automated erasure guarantee.
We do not claim “delete all data immediately” unless that exact control is implemented for your account. Contact support to request deletion or access changes.
Subscription cancellation, Alpha access revocation, and presentation deletion are distinct. Canceling billing or revoking Alpha access does not automatically delete accepted presentations.
Security
We apply tenant isolation, server-side secrets, protected internal workers, and authorized artifact access controls that are implemented in the product.
These are implementation controls, not compliance certifications. We do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications on the basis of these controls alone.
