Private Alpha
Early access with high-touch support
Sovatio Private Alpha is invite-only early access for a small cohort of customers. You may encounter defects. We monitor closely and provide high-touch support.
Private Alpha is not a generally available product and is not backed by an enterprise SLA, uptime guarantee, or formal compliance certification.
The same Presentation Intelligence architecture intended for later Beta is in use, with tighter operating supervision and limited users.
Third-party AI processing
Sovatio uses third-party artificial intelligence and related service providers to process presentation work you submit — including prompts, uploaded materials, and generated presentation content — so we can provide Presentation Intelligence.
Provider and model routing is an internal certified authority. We do not promise a specific vendor model for a customer-facing task unless a product contract requires it.
We do not claim that your data is never used for training unless every relevant Sovatio and provider configuration and contract supports that statement. Ask support@sovatio.com if you need the current processing description for your engagement.
What not to assume about confidential or regulated data
Private Alpha does not claim unrestricted confidential-data handling, enterprise-grade regulated-data handling, HIPAA compliance, SOC 2, ISO certification, or similar formal compliance certifications.
Do not upload data you are not permitted to share with Sovatio and its subprocessors. Prefer non-sensitive or appropriately approved materials during Alpha unless your organization has a separate written agreement.
Sovatio supports evidence-sensitive presentation work. It is not medical approval, regulatory approval, MLR approval, or universal fact checking.

How Sovatio uses your presentation materials
Materials you provide are used to create and refine your presentation. They may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers that help operate Sovatio.
Where files are stored
Sources and export artifacts are stored in Sovatio’s governed storage with tenant-bound authorization. Downloads require proper user/organization authority.

What happens when Intelligence Capacity runs out
New frontier-intelligence work is blocked until you have more Intelligence Capacity. This is a commercial limit, not an account suspension.
Your Library, existing Story, presenting, and downloads of accepted work remain available.

What we do — and do not — claim about security
Implemented controls may include tenant isolation, server-side secrets, protected workers, and authorized artifact access.
We do not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO, 24/7 SLA, unrestricted confidential-data handling, or enterprise-ready compliance certification unless separately certified and published.
Pricing FAQ
Is Presentation Pass a subscription?
No. Presentation Pass is a $7 one-time payment with included one-time Intelligence Capacity. One Pass per individual account.
Can I get a refund on Presentation Pass?
An unused Presentation Pass may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a presentation has been successfully completed with the Pass, the purchase is generally non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents Sovatio from delivering your presentation, we'll restore your Pass or provide a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Can I cancel recurring plans anytime?
Individual, Pro, and Ultra may be canceled under the billing provider’s cancellation behavior when live billing is enabled. “No commitment · Cancel anytime” is shown only on that basis.
What is Intelligence Capacity?
Intelligence Capacity powers new presentation intelligence work. It is not tokens, provider quotas, or model credits.
Plans differ primarily by Intelligence Capacity. Full Presentation Intelligence is available across access tiers.
What happens to my work after capacity runs out?
Existing presentations, Library access, Story viewing, presenting, and downloads remain available. New intelligence compute requires more capacity or an upgrade.
Why is Business priced “on request”?
Business structure is authorized; numeric self-serve pricing is not finalized. Contact sales for access — there is no live self-serve Business checkout.
