These Terms cover Private Alpha use of Sovatio Presentation Intelligence. They do not create unsupported legal guarantees.
Sovatio is Presentation Intelligence software. It helps invited users prepare presentations for real rooms and decisions. It is not a generic slide generator or template marketplace.
Private Alpha is early access and may contain defects. It is not an SLA-backed generally available product.
You must use an invited account, keep credentials secure, and use Sovatio only for lawful presentation work you are authorized to perform.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse endpoints, or upload materials you are not allowed to share with Sovatio and its subprocessors.
Published list prices are: Presentation Pass $7 one-time; Individual $10/month; Pro $50/month; Ultra $200/month. Business numeric pricing is not finalized for self-serve checkout. Enterprise is Custom.
Annual pricing is not offered. Live billing remains off until separately authorized. When live billing is enabled, Presentation Pass is a one-time payment with no subscription; Individual/Pro/Ultra are recurring subscriptions that may be canceled under the billing provider’s cancellation behavior (“No commitment · Cancel anytime” applies only when that provider behavior is actually supported).
Intelligence Capacity powers new intelligence work. Capacity differs by plan; Presentation Intelligence quality does not. Existing presentations remain accessible after capacity depletion under zero-compute product access rules.
An unused Presentation Pass may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Once a presentation has been successfully completed with the Pass, the purchase is generally non-refundable. If a technical issue prevents Sovatio from delivering your presentation, we'll restore your Pass or provide a refund. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
During Private Alpha, Presentation Pass refund requests are support-assisted. Contact support@sovatio.com. Recurring subscription refund economics are out of scope of this Presentation Pass policy; cancel anytime remains available under certified cancellation semantics.
You retain ownership of your customer content. You grant Sovatio the limited rights needed to host, process, and generate presentations for you, including processing by third-party AI providers.
Generated output is provided as-is for your presentation work. Sovatio does not guarantee perfect accuracy, zero hallucination, or regulatory approval.
We aim for high observability and recovery for known failures, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every presentation completes despite all outages.
Ready means applicable acceptance gates have passed for that presentation — not that Sovatio guarantees meeting outcomes or ROI.
We may revoke Private Alpha access. Revocation of Alpha access does not itself delete your accepted presentation product authority.
Billing failure or cancellation must not destroy existing accepted presentations under current product authority.
